ADVOCACY AND NEGOTIATION

CISC volunteers are trained to be able to act on behalf of clients to negotiate payments and discuss issues with a range of service providers, including:

  • Utilities (gas, electricity, water)
  • Telephone companies
  • Centrelink
  • Real estate agents
  • Government departments

Eligibility

Any resident of the City of Casey (South) is welcome to access these services.
