INFOLINK

Infolink is an innovative outreach service, which is part of the Cranbourne Communities for Children program facilitated by Windermere Child & Family Services and funded by the federal government’s Stronger Families and Communities Strategy.

Infolink employs outreach workers who provide services to community locations, including Cranbourne Shopping Centre, Cranbourne Centrelink, Bunnings, Monash Health, community centres and other service providers.

The aim of this program is to ensure Cranbourne families are better informed about family and children’s services and to increase partnerships between agencies that provide services to families.

The team facilitates a monthly support group for parents who have children diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and a weekly Women’s Friendship Café.
